The effect of MSC

Research on self-compassion has exploded in recent years. There are now over 400 psychological articles on the subject, as well as numerous scientific studies.

Through them, it is shown that greater self-compassion is associated with

o significantly greater emotional well-being

o less anxiety, depression, stress and

o maintaining healthy lifestyles (such as healthy eating, exercise, satisfying relationships, etc.).

In Germany, a very elaborate and exciting study on the effectiveness of mental training was conducted by the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig under the direction of Prof. Tania Singer:
