Revocation and cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without
without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must send us a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail, post or telephone) of your decision to revoke this contract.

You may use the enclosed Musterwiderrufsformular, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments that we have received from you immediately and without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
In addition to the above right of withdrawal, the Provider grants the Participant the right to cancel the contract at any time.
Cancellation after the 14-day cancellation period, is free of charge until 6 weeks before the start of the course. After that a handling fee of 50 € will be charged, as long as the cancellation is made up to 3 weeks before the start of the course. If the cancellation is made later, but after the cancellation period has expired, the entire course fee must be paid. If the participant proves a lesser loss, he/she is only entitled to a refund of this amount.
If a participant cannot attend the booked course due to illness, the provider will endeavor to offer a suitable alternative date, provided that the participant submits a doctor's medical certificate. The participant is entitled to have a substitute attend the course, provided that this person fulfils the conditions of participation. There is no entitlement to an alternative date. If no suitable alternative date can be found, the previous paragraphs shall apply accordingly.
The running of all courses is subject to the minimum number of participants stated being reached. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer will announce this 3 weeks before the scheduled start of the course. Should the organizer be forced to cancel a course at short notice due to illness of the lecturer or for reasons of force majeure, there shall be no further claims against the organizer. If the planned course does not take place, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
