Tips for everyday life

For low back pain: try applying heat to your lower abdomen!

Every morning in bed, loll extensively in all directions. This makes muscles and connective tissue supple.

If you have to yawn and no one is watching, yawn like a lion and open your mouth as wide as possible. This loosens tense jaw muscles.

If you have back or hip pain while lying on your side, place a folded towel under your waist. This prevents the torso from sagging sideways and straining tense torso muscles.
